Dakoda Armstrong will be piloting the #22 Cunningham Motorsports/Penske Driver Development Dodge in the ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards in 2010. At 18 years of age, Dakoda Armstrong has been racing for 12 years. Armstrong came to the ARCA Series through Go Karts, Quarter Midgets, Bandoleros, Micro Mini Sprints, Kenyon Midgets, Sprints and Midgets. Armstrong has won several national titles in these divisions, with over 175 career wins.

In 2009, Armstrong ran 7 ARCA series races with 1 top-5 and 3 top-10 finishes.
In 2008, he ran his first stock car race in the Hooter's Pro Cup series, winning the Rookie of the Race and the Hard Charger award on the way to a 10th place finish. Other wins in 2008 included the PRI Mopar Midget Classic, Anderson Midget 400, and 2 USAC Regional Midget series races.
In 2007, Dakoda compiled 4 wins and 11 top-3 finishes in sprints and midgets.
In 2006, he won the Rookie of the Year in the 410 Sprints.
In 2004 and 2005, Armstrong ran in the USAC Kenyon Midget series, winning the championship in this rookie season and the runner-up in 2005. He became the youngest to win a USAC championship at 12.
In 2003, Dakoda raced in the Quarter Midgets and Bandolero series.
In 1999-2002, he won several Quarter Midget and Nascart series races.
In 1998, Armstrong was the WKA National Champion.
The team moved into a new shop in Mooresville, North Carolina, where NASCAR veteran, Paul Andrews will be the General Manager for the Cunningham organization, as well as the crew chief for Armstrong and the #22 team. Armstrong's teammate, driving the #77 Dodge will be three year ARCA veteran, Tom Hessert. Dakoda will be vying for the ARCA Series Championship, as well as the Rookie of the Year award.
